All raw stone materials are stored in our independent 20,000㎡ raw material yard for long-term natural aging, fully releasing geological residual stress before entering processing procedures. 2. Professional constant temperature shockproof workshop eliminates processing vibration and temperature drift
Our factory covers a total area of 200,000㎡, with a 10,000㎡ exclusive constant temperature and humidity workshop for granite precision processing. The workshop floor is poured with military-grade super hard concrete with a thickness of more than 1000mm. Shockproof trenches with 500mm width and 2000mm depth are built around the workshop to completely isolate external ground vibration from passing vehicles and adjacent production equipment. Silent travelling cranes are equipped inside the workshop to avoid air turbulence and tiny shaking during stone handling. Stable temperature and humidity parameters are maintained 24 hours a day, effectively preventing dimensional changes of granite blanks caused by temperature fluctuations during fine grinding.

We construct an independent dust-free sub-workshop inside the constant temperature space, specially used for fine polishing, cleaning and finished product assembly of granite angle plates. Tiny dust particles, metal debris and grinding residues in ordinary processing environments will leave pits and scratches on the vertical working surfaces of angle plates during grinding, which directly reduces flatness and orthogonality. The closed dust-free space continuously filters suspended particles in the air, keeping the processing environment clean at all times.
