● Material Superiority:
Crafted from ZHHIMG® Black Granite, with a density up to 3100 kg/m³, offering higher strength and stability than European and American black granites. The material is non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, and unaffected by temperature changes, ensuring long-term accuracy.
● Ultra-High Precision:
Each surface is manually lapped to achieve flatness within 1 μm to 3 μm, meeting and exceeding DIN, ASME, JIS, and GB standards. Every product is calibrated using advanced metrology tools such as Renishaw laser interferometers and WYLER electronic levels.
● Excellent Vibration Damping:
The natural structure of granite absorbs vibrations better than cast iron or steel, improving the performance and life of precision instruments.
● Corrosion & Wear Resistance:
Granite does not rust, oxidize, or deform with humidity, providing stable performance in cleanrooms and harsh industrial environments alike.
● Customizable Design:
Threaded inserts, dowel pin holes, and precision slots can be customized according to client drawings. We support machining for CMM bases, laser equipment platforms, linear motor stages, and semiconductor components.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
