ZHHIMG® surface plates are lapped by master technicians with over 30 years of experience.
Our manual and machine-assisted lapping process can achieve:

•   DIN 876 Grade 00 / Grade 0 / Grade 1

•   Flatness accuracy down to micron or sub-micron levels

•   Customized tolerance upon request

Each plate is inspected using:

•   Renishaw laser interferometers

•   WYLER electronic levels

•   Mahr 0.5μm dial indicators

•   Mitutoyo precision instruments

All inspection equipment is traceable to national metrology institutes.
