To ensure your ZHHIMG® granite component maintains its accuracy for decades, follow these professional maintenance protocols:
1.Temperature Control: Always operate in a temperature-controlled environment (ideally 20°C ±0.5°C). Granite is thermally stable, but extreme fluctuations can affect the air film in air-bearing applications.
2.Cleanliness is Precision: Use specialized granite cleaners or 99% anhydrous alcohol with lint-free wipes. Avoid wax or abrasive detergents.
3.Load Distribution: Ensure the base is supported at its original "Nivel Points" (calibration points) to prevent sagging or microscopic warping under its own weight.
4.Periodic Recalibration: We recommend an annual check using a laser interferometer or electronic level to account for any foundation settling in your facility.
