1、Massive Capacity & Size: We operate one of the world's highest-volume precision granite facilities. Our capability extends to processing single components up to 100 tons and dimensions up to 20 meters in length and 4 meters in width, ensuring we can handle even the largest gantry system requirements.
2、Climate Control is Non-Negotiable: Gantry frames are finished and verified within our 10,000 ㎡ constant temperature and humidity workshop. This facility features a 1000mm-thick concrete floor and dedicated anti-vibration trenches to guarantee a stable, vibration-free environment for final lapping and metrology.
3、Metrology Validation: Accuracy is ensured using the world's most advanced tools, including Renishaw Laser Interferometers and WYLER Electronic Levels. Every geometry, including the perpendicularity and parallelism critical for the gantry structure, is validated with accuracy traceable to international standards.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)
