Equipped with four high-capacity production lines and heavy-duty overhead cranes capable of managing single 100-ton blocks, our facilities handle massive machining dimensions of up to 20,000mm in length, 4,000mm in width, and 1,000mm in thickness. This heavy-industrial muscle enables a world-leading monthly output capacity of 20,000 sets for precision beds up to 5,000mm.

To protect these components during critical finishing stages, ZHHIMG utilizes a specialized 10,000-square-meter constant-temperature and humidity cleanroom. Built upon an ultra-hard concrete foundation at least 1,000mm thick, the entire cleanroom zone is isolated from external environmental vibrations by a network of 500mm-wide, 2,000mm-deep anti-vibration trenches.
