All ZHHIMG metrology-grade granite machine bases adopt premium natural black granite raw materials, featuring a high density of 3100kg/m³ — far superior to ordinary marble and traditional cast iron materials. Different from low-grade marble adopted by many small manufacturers for shoddy products, our natural black granite boasts extremely compact crystal structure, zero internal residual stress after millions of years of natural aging, and permanent dimensional stability without long-term deformation.

Compared with cast iron and steel bases, ZHHIMG granite machine bases own ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient (≈3.5×10⁻⁶/K), effectively avoiding thermal bending and precision drift caused by ambient temperature changes or manual operation heat. Meanwhile, the material’s excellent internal vibration damping capacity can fully absorb high-frequency vibration and resonance generated by equipment operation, eliminating micro-chatter and ensuring consistent metrology accuracy in long-term dynamic working conditions.

ZHHIMG owns two standardized production factories covering 200,000 square meters, plus an independent 20,000-square-meter stone storage yard, with complete industrial chain layout from raw material storage, precision machining to finished product assembly. Equipped with 4 sets of high-end Taiwan Nantou ultra-large grinding machines (single equipment value over 500,000 USD), our factory supports precision grinding for metal and non-metal workpieces up to 6000mm. We realize super-large-size customized production with maximum processing parameters: 20m in length, 4000mm in width and 1000mm in thickness, and can process single workpieces up to 100 tons.

To create a ultra-stable production and testing environment, we build a 10,000-square-meter constant temperature and humidity dust-free workshop. The workshop floor is poured with military-grade super-hard concrete with a thickness of more than 1000mm, surrounded by 500mm-wide and 2000mm-deep anti-vibration trenches. Equipped with silent traveling cranes, the workshop completely isolates external environmental vibration, providing a zero-interference environment for nano-level precision grinding and calibration of metrology granite machine bases.
