• The "Walking Electronic Level" Touch: The critical mounting faces of this beam are hand-lapped in our 10,000 m² constant-temperature (20℃ ± 0.5℃) cleanroom. Our master lappers possess over 30 years of manual experience, refining the stone down to nanometer-level flatness by hand.
• Integrated Hardware Rigidity: The embedded stainless steel inserts are chemically bonded within isolated pockets using aerospace-grade epoxies. They resist high pull-out forces and dynamic vibrations, allowing seamless mounting of high-acceleration XY tables and air bearing guides.

We live by a simple motto: If you can't measure it, you can't produce it. Every beam is mapped inside our isolated cleanroom using British Renishaw laser interferometers, Swiss WYLER electronic levels, and German Mahr indicators (0.5 m). All data is traceable back to the National Institute of Metrology.

• How does your factory protect against ambient ground vibrations during the QC phase?
Our entire 10,000 m² precision workshop features an ultra-thick 1000 mm military-grade concrete floor. The testing zones are surrounded by isolated anti-vibration trenches (500 mm wide, 2000 mm deep) and serviced by whisper-quiet, silent overhead cranes to preserve a perfectly stable measuring environment.
• Can you assist our engineering team with structural design?
Absolutely. Our technical department partners closely with global academic institutions (like NUS and NTU). We can execute Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations on your CAD drawings to optimize weight, hole placement, and insert positioning before the stone ever hits our cutting floor.
