Mined from premium-grade natural black granite with an extraordinarily high density of ≈ 3100 kg/m³, our granite components offer natural vibration damping and near-zero thermal expansion. Every base is rough-machined on high-end CNC grinding centers and finished by master technicians with over 30 years of hand-lapping expertise—delivering geometric accuracy down to sub-micron and nanometer levels.

• Extreme Machining Scale: Equipped with ultra-heavy crane systems and 6,000mm precision grinding mills, we can produce monolithic single-piece structures weighing up to 100 tons and measuring up to 20 meters long.

• Integrated Hardware & Custom Inserts: Pre-fitted with corrosion-resistant stainless steel threaded inserts, precision bushings, and guide rail slots according to your exact CAD/STEP drawings.

• Vibration-Isolated Assembly Environment: Assembled in our state-of-the-art 10,000 m² constant temperature/humidity workshop featuring a 1000 mm -thick military-grade concrete foundation bounded by 2000mm deep anti-vibration trenches.

Q1: Why is ZHHIMG® Black Granite superior to cast iron or mineral casting for machine bases?
A: Granite features superior vibration damping (up to 10-15 times better than cast iron), absolute immunity to corrosion or rusting, and a significantly lower thermal expansion coefficient. It requires zero stress-relief heat treatment and will not warp or burr if accidentally scratched.
Q2: How do you guarantee the accuracy of complex hole patterns and inserted components?
A: All hole locations, counterbores, and thread pull-out tests are verified using laser interferometers (Renishaw), electronic levels (WYLER), and Mahr micro-indicators calibrated against national metrology standards (traceable to NIM).
