The ZHHIMG® Precision Granite Gantry Frame is more than a conventional granite base. It is an integrated mechanical structure designed to support multiple functional components within a single precision assembly.

Its bridge-style configuration consists of a substantial granite foundation, vertical supporting structures and a horizontal granite crossbeam. The open working area provides space for installing moving stages, inspection systems, optical modules and other equipment.

Every mounting interface can be designed according to the customer's mechanical drawings, including threaded inserts, mounting holes, grooves, recesses and precision reference surfaces.

Unlike ordinary welded machine frames, a custom granite gantry structure can provide excellent dimensional stability and natural vibration damping for applications requiring consistent mechanical geometry.
