The ZHHIMG® precision granite base assembly combines a black granite structure with parallel linear guides, a central ball screw drive arrangement and a mounting carriage. Designed for custom equipment integration, it brings the structural base and motion-related interfaces into one coordinated assembly.
Whether you are developing an inspection station or integrating a linear positioning axis into a larger machine, ZHHIMG can review your drawings, define the supply scope and agree on the inspection requirements before manufacturing. Our existing assembly service includes mounting mechanical components on granite bases and inspecting the assembled geometry and operation.

Can I order the granite base without the rails and ball screw?
Please state whether you require the granite component only or an assembled mechanical configuration. ZHHIMG manufactures granite components and also lists rail and ball screw assembly services; the final supply scope will be confirmed in the quotation.
Is this a complete motorized positioning stage?
Not necessarily. A motor, encoder, controller, limit switches, cables and protective covers cannot be confirmed from the photograph. Any required items should be listed explicitly in the project scope.
What positioning accuracy can you achieve?
A meaningful value requires a defined axis configuration and test method. Please provide the required travel, payload, accuracy, repeatability, feedback arrangement and operating conditions so that the requirement can be reviewed.
Can you follow our preferred rail or ball screw brand?
Include the preferred manufacturer and exact part numbers in your inquiry. Compatibility, availability, mounting details and responsibility for component supply can then be assessed.
Can you manufacture from our drawings?
ZHHIMG’s existing product page invites customers to submit drawings for quotation. Include the assembly drawing as well as the granite detail drawing so that the interfaces and supply boundary can be reviewed together.
What inspection documents will be supplied?
Request the documents you need at the inquiry stage. The quotation should identify the inspection characteristics, reporting format and any material or calibration-related documentation included.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide:
- • A dimensioned drawing or 3D model.
- • Overall dimensions and required travel.
- • Payload, load position and mounting orientation.
- • Critical geometry and performance requirements.
- • Preferred rail and ball screw specifications.
- • Whether motors, feedback devices and controls are required.
- • Quantity, delivery destination and project schedule.
- • Required inspection and acceptance documentation.
