Granite isn’t a fashionable material; it’s a practical one. Once it has been properly aged and ground, it simply doesn’t move much. For equipment that works at the micron and sub-micron level, that quiet stability is the whole point.

- • Stainless steel thread inserts, bonded flush with the surface for repeatable fastening and no thread wear on the stone.
- • Machined through-hole and positioning holes for cables, shafts, optical paths or locating pins.
- • Ground and lapped reference surfaces, with flatness and parallelism matched to your tolerance requirement.

Can you make this to my drawing, or do I have to choose from a standard size?
We work from your drawing, a 3D model or even a sketch with key dimensions. Hole layout, insert positions and surface requirements can all be customized.
What happens if I need a different thread size or insert type?
Tell us the thread specification and load requirement. We’ll recommend a suitable stainless steel insert, standard or custom, and confirm pull-out performance before production.
Why granite instead of cast iron or a steel weldment?
Granite offers better long-term stability, natural damping, no rust and no residual stress. Cast iron can be a good choice when very heavy impact loads or extensive welding are involved, so the right answer depends on your equipment.
How do I know the material is real granite and not marble?
Ask your supplier for material and density data. We’re happy to provide ours. Real precision granite is much denser, harder and less porous than marble.
Is the flatness certified?
Yes. We can provide an inspection report with measurement data, and our measuring instruments are calibrated with traceable certificates.
How long does production take, and do you ship overseas?
Lead time depends on size and complexity . We ship worldwide from our base in Jinan, close to Qingdao port, with export packaging designed for precision stone.
