The production of granite measuring rulers relies on our complete manufacturing infrastructure. Headquartered in Jinan with convenient logistics near Qingdao Port, ZHHIMG operates two production plants covering 200,000 square meters, plus a 20,000㎡ stone storage yard. Equipped with four large-scale Taiwan Nantou grinding machines (single unit value over USD 500,000), the factory can process workpieces up to 6,000 mm in length. Our 10,000 ㎡ constant temperature and humidity workshop adopts ultra-hard concrete foundation over 1000mm thick, surrounded by anti-vibration trenches to eliminate external vibration interference. Silent overhead cranes inside the temperature-controlled workshop guarantee stable processing and inspection environments.
Every granite straight edge and parallel bar is refined by senior polishing technicians with over 30 years of hand-grinding experience. Our skilled workers can control machining accuracy down to micrometer level manually, achieving nano-grade flatness after fine grinding. All production staff receive systematic training on global metrology standards, including DIN, ASME, JIS, GB, BS and GOST standards.
Strict quality control runs through the whole production process. We deploy world-class testing instruments including Mahr dial gauges, Mitutoyo measuring tools, WYLER electronic levels and Renishaw laser interferometers. All inspection equipment holds valid calibration certificates issued by official metrology institutes, enabling traceability to national measurement standards.
