Our most valuable asset is our team of master grinders, many of whom possess over 30 years of specialized hand-polishing experience. Our clients affectionately call them “walking electronic levels.”
These craftsmen have developed a tactile sensitivity that borders on the extraordinary. During the final grinding stages, they can intuitively feel the removal of material down to the micrometer level. This sensory feedback, combined with rigorous training in international standards like DIN 876 and ASME, allows them to achieve nanometer-level flatness that purely automated systems often struggle to replicate consistently.
However, human skill is amplified by world-class infrastructure. Our 10,000m² constant temperature and humidity workshop is built on a 1000mm thick ultra-hard concrete foundation, complete with anti-vibration trenches. Inside, we utilize four massive Nantong grinders, each valued at over $500,000 USD, capable of grinding platforms up to 6000mm.
