Linear motor units run with frequent acceleration, deceleration and continuous reciprocating impact, which puts forward extremely high requirements on the flatness, rigidity and long-term dimensional stability of the base.
Low-density marble used by small manufacturers features loose internal crystal grains and abundant pores. Under long-term alternating load of linear motors, slow creep deformation will occur, leading to deviation of guide rail installation datum and linear grating measurement benchmark. Thin metal castings suffer obvious thermal expansion during continuous operation, generating thermal stress and distorting the platform plane. Even ordinary imported granite from Europe and America cannot match ZHHIMG exclusive black granite with a density up to 3100kg/m³ in compactness and shock resistance.

Customers do not need frequent re-calibration of linear gratings and motion origins, greatly improving equipment operation efficiency.
Low thermal expansion adapts to long-time continuous production
Granite material owns ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient. Precision datum processing for direct guide rail installation
On four dedicated granite production lines, we complete integrated milling of T-slots, mounting holes and grating installation datum on the base through stepwise segmented grinding. All dimensional indicators pass full-area scanning inspection via Renishaw laser interferometer, Mahr micrometers and Wyler electronic levels, with all measuring tools traceable to provincial and national metrology institutes to guarantee datum accuracy.

Our two Jinan manufacturing plants cover 200,000 m² with a separate 20,000 m² raw material aging yard. The constant temperature workshop is equipped with 1000mm thick super-hard concrete floors, 500mm wide and 2000mm deep anti-vibration trenches and silent overhead cranes, isolating external vibration interference during base fine grinding and assembly.
