Built on a 1000mm-thick ultra-hard concrete foundation and surrounded by 500mm x 2000mm anti-vibration trenches, the manufacturing process is isolated from external seismic disruptions.
• The "Walking Electronic Level" Touch: While heavy-duty industrial grinders achieve initial dimensions, final nano-grade alignments are hand-finished by master lapidaries with over 30 years of manual hand-lapping experience. Their tactile precision matches automated equipment, removing micro-spots for seamless air bearing glide.
• Cleanroom & Vacuum Compatibility: Natural black granite is completely rust-proof, non-magnetic, and chemically inert. It requires zero oiling, eliminating the risk of outgassing or particulate flaking in semiconductor vacuum chambers and cleanroom enclosures.

A1: Marble consists of soft, porous calcium carbonate, which easily warps under internal stress, retains moisture, and creates raised burrs when scratched. ZHHIMG® black granite provides a dense mineral matrix (≈ 3100 kg/m³) that naturally flakes away as dust if gouged, keeping the surrounding reference plane flat and burr-free.
Q2: How does your facility verify the sub-micron accuracy of these bases?
A2: We monitor our metrology using world-leading inspection devices, including German Mahr indicators (0.5um), Swiss WYLER electronic levels, and British Renishaw laser interferometers. Every base leaves our factory with calibration data traceable to National Metrology Institutes.
Q3: Can you execute cleanroom-ready multi-material assemblies?
A3: Yes. We operate a dedicated, dust-free cleanroom workshop that simulates semiconductor environment parameters. We can fully assemble granite components, ceramic precision guides, and carbon fiber beams directly onto your machine base under clean laboratory conditions.
Q4: What is the maximum physical scale your facility can process?
A4: Supported by our 200,000m² facility footprint and four dedicated production lines, our CNC machinery can handle monolithic blocks up to 20 meters in length and 100 tons in weight, yielding a production capacity of 20,000 sets per month.
