Unlike cast iron machine beds that warp under ambient thermal shifts or require constant rust maintenance, our proprietary ZHHIMG® Black Granite offers a natural density of ≈ 3100 kg/m³—outperforming European and American black stone standards in Young's modulus, compressive strength, and moisture immunity.

Q1: Why choose ZHHIMG® Black Granite over traditional cast iron machine beds?
Answer: Cast iron expands at roughly double the rate of black granite (11 × 10⁻⁶/C vs 5.5 × 10⁻⁶/C) and is prone to magnetic interference and corrosion. Additionally, when granite suffers an accidental impact, it chips locally without raising a surrounding metallic burr, keeping adjacent reference planes flat and operational.

Answer: Threaded inserts are machined with anti-rotation external grooves and set into counterbored holes using aerospace-grade epoxy resin. Every insert array undergoes pull-out load testing to match your bolt torque requirements without risking stone fracture.

Answer: Yes. We provide complete turnkey assembly services inside dedicated ISO-class cleanrooms, mounting linear guides, ball screws, air bearings, and motor drives according to customer specifications.
