ZHHIMG insists on adopting high-quality black granite as the core raw material, which features high density (approximately 3100kg/m³), excellent structural stability and superior physical properties, far exceeding the performance of European and American black granite. Its outstanding rigidity and stability are incomparable to ordinary marble.

Headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Province, ZHHIMG enjoys convenient transportation with easy access to Qingdao Port, supporting efficient global logistics and product delivery. Our production base covers a total area of 200,000 square meters, including two professional manufacturing factories and a 20,000-square-meter special stone storage yard, realizing standardized storage, processing and production management.

Equipped with internationally advanced processing equipment, our factory boasts super-large cranes and CNC processing devices, supporting the processing of single products up to 100 tons, with a maximum processing length of 20m, width of 4000mm and thickness of 1000mm. We own four professional production lines dedicated to granite precision bed processing, with a monthly output of 20,000 sets of 5000mm granite precision beds, ranking us as theworld’s fastest-processing and highest-yield precision granite manufacturer.

To achieve ultra-high precision processing, we have introduced 4 sets of high-end Taiwan Nantou super-large grinding machines, each priced at over 50,000 USD, capable of grinding 6000mm long metal and non-metal precision platforms. Our 10,000-square-meter constant temperature and humidity workshop adopts ultra-hard military-grade concrete pouring with a floor thickness of no less than 1000mm. A 500mm-wide and 2000mm-deep shockproof ditch surrounds the workshop, paired with silent traveling cranes, completely eliminating vibration interference. We also build a professional constant-temperature and humidity dust-free workshop simulating semiconductor production standards, specially used for high-precision granite component assembly, fully stabilizing the ultra-precision production and measurement environment.
