A: Many budget suppliers use soft marble or porous grey stone that absorbs moisture and deforms over time. ZHHIMG® Black Granite offers a density near 3100 kg/m³, superior compressive strength (> 245 MPa), and a significantly lower thermal expansion coefficient to prevent calibration drift.
Q: Can ZHHIMG® customize thread sizes, hole patterns, and channel dimensions?
A: Yes. All components are fully custom-manufactured according to your STEP/CAD drawings, including specialized thread sizes, counterbores, T-slots, air-bearing grooves, and custom lifting slots.
Q: How does ZHHIMG® verify accuracy before shipment?
A: Every component undergoes full multi-axis calibration inside our 10,000m² climate-controlled facility using Renishaw laser interferometers and Swiss WYLER electronic levels. Calibration reports are traceable directly to National Metrology Institutes.
