A: Grade 000 and Grade 00 are engineered for temperature-controlled calibration rooms and high-precision metrology labs. Grade 0 is ideal for general quality control departments and precision workshop inspection stations.

A: Granite plates can sag under their own weight if supported improperly. Our heavy-duty stand places support points precisely at calculated Airy points to minimize flexure, while adjustable leveling feet allow quick horizontal zeroing.

A: Yes. Every ZHHIMG® plate undergoes multi-point inspection using Swiss WYLER electronic levels and Renishaw laser interferometers. Each unit includes a calibration certificate traceable to National Metrology Institutes.
