Thickened anti-shock concrete floors and surrounding buffer trenches isolate external vibration during high-volume processing, while constant 20℃±0.2℃ conditions prevent dimensional deviation across batches.

Finished workpieces from every line pass unified inspection via Mahr, Renishaw and Wyler precision gauges. All measuring tools hold official calibration certificates traceable to national metrology institutes, ensuring every customized batch complies with DIN, ASME, JIS and other international standards with identical precision performance. Our 30-year senior grinding artisans are allocated to each line to conduct micron-level manual finishing, eliminating batch-to-batch precision differences.
