High-Density Black Granite
It features ultra-high damping, low thermal expansion and long-term dimensional stability with a density of 3100kg/m³. After nano-level manual polishing by 30-year veteran craftsmen, its flatness reaches nanometer grade. It is suitable for fixed reference applications demanding long-term stability, such as CMM detectors, industrial CT, wafer inspection platforms and high-precision measuring gauges. Integrated single-piece processing up to 20 meters long supports stable operation of 100-ton heavy-duty equipment. We implement strict raw material control to eliminate the industry malpractice of substituting inferior marble for industrial granite, and material inspection reports are delivered alongside all products.

Precision Ceramic Components
With unique advantages including insulation, acid & alkali resistance, ultra-low thermal expansion, light weight and non-magnetic properties, ceramics avoid magnetization of metal parts and moisture-induced deformation of stone. They are widely adopted in semiconductor vacuum processes, wafer handling fixtures, micro optical inspection platforms and high-precision lithium battery sorting equipment. Ceramic workpieces undergo specialized high-precision grinding to keep dimensional errors within microns, fitting strict production requirements of dust-free clean workshops.

Precision Carbon Fiber Gantry Beams
As core lightweight materials, carbon fiber boasts high strength, light dead weight, fast dynamic response and minimal thermal deformation. It is specially applied to moving axis beams of high-speed femtosecond/picosecond laser machines, high-speed PCB drilling machines and automatic AOI optical inspection equipment. Compared with granite beams, carbon fiber components greatly reduce equipment motion load, boost operating speed and repeat positioning accuracy, and shorten single processing cycles.

Mineral Castings
Formed by composite special mineral fillers, mineral castings deliver superior vibration damping over ordinary steel. Integrated casting can form complex hollow structures, embedded threads and cooling channels without extensive secondary cutting, enabling controllable production costs. They are widely used in large automatic inspection equipment, full-line lithium battery testing fixtures and heavy-duty laser cutting bases, balancing vibration absorption and complex forming capacity.
Besides the above four materials, optical glass, UHPC ultra-high-performance substrates, precision CNC metal parts and 3D precision printed components are mass-produced simultaneously. They cover all segmented working scenarios including lightweight, corrosion-resistant, heavy-load, micro-size, high-speed and clean environments. On the production side, four CNC workshops and a 10,000 ㎡ shockproof constant-temperature & humidity dust-free workshop process different materials in separate zones while uniformly adopting the dual workflow: CNC precision forming + finishing calibration. Our process team with 30 years of experience develops exclusive grinding and polishing workflows for each material. Low-stress processing schemes are adopted for fragile ceramics and carbon fiber, while granite achieves ultimate flatness via nano manual polishing.
On the metrology inspection side, all products comply with eight international metrology standards including DIN, ASME, JIS and GB. Full imported testing equipment such as German Mahr dial gauges, Swiss Wyler electronic levels and Renishaw laser interferometers are shared across all lines. Traceable inspection files are issued for every product. Flatness, parallelism and geometric tolerances of stone, ceramic and carbon fiber components all meet global export acceptance specifications for precision equipment.
