Q: Is this made from real granite or marble?
A: This is 100% natural ZHHIMG® black granite, not marble. We strictly oppose the industry practice of using low-density marble as a substitute. Our material has a density of ≈3100 kg/m³—significantly higher than marble (~2700 kg/m³)—ensuring superior stability.
A: Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services. Whether you need a 100 mm disc or a 2000 mm base, we can machine it to your exact specifications with tight tolerances.
A: Standard sizes: 15–20 days. Custom designs: 25–35 days, depending on complexity. We maintain a 20,000 m² raw stone yard to ensure material availability.
A: Yes. All precision surfaces are inspected using German Mahr and Mitutoyo instruments, with calibration traceable to Jinan and Shandong Metrology Institutes.
A: Our master grinders—some with over 30 years of experience—use hand-lapping techniques refined to achieve nanometer-level flatness
