Q2: How do you prevent the stainless steel threaded inserts from loosening over time?A2: We do not rely on standard friction expansion anchors. Every insert features specialized structural grooves and is permanently chemically anchored using high-performance, vibration-damping industrial epoxy within a climate-controlled room.
Q3: Can I customize the bore diameters, spacing, and T-slots according to our CAD file?A3: Absolutely. We feature 4 massive Taiwan Nante grinding units and complex multi-axis CNC centers. We can execute custom engineering drawings up to 20 meters long, holding insert positions down to a tight ±0.05μm window.
Q4: How does ZHHIMG® prove the flatness accuracy claims?A4: Every structural component goes through final validation in our 10,000m² constant temperature facility (20℃±0.5℃). We measure using German Mahr indicators (0.5μm) and Swiss WYLER levels. Every shipment includes a 3D topographic error mapping report traceable to national metrology institutes.
