• Unmatched Physical Properties: Our black granite has a density nearly 30% higher than standard stone. It is non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, and maintains dimensional stability over decades.
• Complex Integration: We don't just cut stone; we engineer components. As seen in the image, we integrate metal inserts, fluid channels, and complex geometries directly into the stone, reducing your assembly time.
• Global Metrology Standards: Every piece is inspected using German Mahr Dial gauge (0.5um resolution) and Renishaw laser interferometers. We calibrate against DIN 876, ASME, and JIS standards.
• Vibration Damping: The internal crystal structure of our granite absorbs micro-vibrations 100x better than steel or cast iron, crucial for AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and CMM applications.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

Q: Can you machine complex features like T-slots and threaded holes into the granite?
A: Absolutely. As shown in the product image, we utilize advanced CNC centers to drill, tap, and mill complex features. We can install stainless steel inserts to ensure thread durability.
A: Many suppliers use marble or lower-grade granite to cut costs. ZHHIMG® guarantees a density of ≈3100kg/m³. Our material is harder, more stable, and less porous. We strictly refuse to use marble, adhering to our "No Cheating" policy.
