Thanks to our 10,000m² Constant Temperature & Humidity Workshop—simulating a semiconductor-grade cleanroom environment—we eliminate thermal distortion during processing. Our master technicians, often called the "Walking Electronic Levels" due to their 30+ years of experience, hand-scrape surfaces to achieve nanometer-level flatness.
• Zero Vibration Interference:
Stability is paramount for CMMs. Our manufacturing facility features military-grade super-hard concrete flooring (≥1000mm thick) and 500mm wide anti-vibration trenches surrounding the workshop. This infrastructure is mirrored in the design of our machine bases, which are engineered to absorb micro-vibrations that could compromise measurement accuracy.
• Global Standard Compliance:
We adhere to the strictest international standards, including German DIN 876/875, US GGGP-463C-78, and ASME. Every batch of raw material is inspected using German Mahr indicators (0.5um), Swiss WYLER electronic levels, and UK Renishaw laser interferometers, ensuring full traceability to national metrology institutes.
We use various techniques during this process:
● Optical measurements with autocollimators
● Laser interferometers and laser trackers
● Electronic inclination levels (precision spirit levels)

To ensure your Granite Machine Base for CMM maintains its "as-new" condition and calibration for years to come, please follow these professional maintenance tips:
1.Daily Cleaning:
Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol or mild soapy water. Never use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as they can scratch the surface.
2.Spill Management:
Wipe up spills immediately. While granite is non-porous, certain chemicals can etch the surface if left standing.
3.Load Distribution:
Always ensure heavy components (like CMM probes or sensors) are evenly distributed. Avoid point-loading beyond the specified weight limits.
4.Environmental Control:
Keep the machine in a temperature-stable environment. Avoid placing the machine base near direct sunlight, air vents, or heat sources to prevent thermal expansion.
5.Periodic Inspection:
We recommend annual calibration checks using an electronic level (such as the Swiss WYLER used in our factory) to verify flatness and levelness.
