Q: How does ZHHIMG® black granite compare to traditional cast iron or low-cost marble?
A: Cast iron conducts heat rapidly and requires frequent stress-relief annealing to prevent warping. Cheap marble lacks structural density, wears quickly, and breaks easily under load. ZHHIMG® black granite features a high density (~3100 kg/m³) with low thermal expansion, high natural dampening, and zero internal tension, giving your machine permanent structural stability.
Q: Can you manufacture custom shapes, mounting holes, and T-slots based on our CAD drawings?
A: Yes. We customize all granite bases, columns, and gantry structures according to your exact 2D/3D STEP or DWG files. We integrate threaded inserts, T-slots, air bearing guide ways, and cable routing channels in our climate-controlled production facilities.
Q: Are your precision measuring devices and calibration certificates traceable?
A: Every component undergoes inspection in our 10,000 m² constant temperature and humidity cleanrooms using Mahr indicators, WYLER electronic levels, and Renishaw laser interferometers. All calibration certificates trace directly to national metrology institutes.
