Our ZHHIMG® Black Granite achieves a density of approximately 3100 kg/m³—significantly higher than common European and American black granites. This higher density translates directly to superior dimensional stability, lower thermal expansion, and exceptional vibration damping. Unlike marble—which many smaller manufacturers use deceptively as a cheaper substitute—our granite maintains its physical properties over decades of service.

Every ZHHIMG® air bearing base comes with pre-installed, high-precision stainless steel or brass threaded inserts, clearly labeled for easy identification (A, B, C, D). This eliminates the need for customers to drill into the granite themselves—a process that risks damaging the material or compromising flatness. Your linear motors, encoder scales, and air bearing components bolt directly onto a verified, precision surface.

5. Unrivaled Metrology & Calibration Infrastructure

You cannot manage what you cannot measure. That's why our metrology lab reads like a who's who of precision instrumentation: German Mahr dial gauges (0.5 μm resolution), Mitutoyo micrometers and digital calipers, Swiss WYLER electronic levels, and British Renishaw laser interferometers. Every instrument carries calibration certificates traceable to the National Institute of Metrology of China. When we certify a flatness tolerance, we can prove it.

6. Controlled-Environment Manufacturing

Our 10,000-square-meter constant-temperature and humidity workshop is built on a 1000mm-thick ultra-hard concrete foundation, surrounded by anti-vibration trenches measuring 500mm in width and 2000mm in depth. Silent cranes operate within the workshop to prevent vibration transmission during final assembly. We also maintain a dedicated cleanroom that simulates semiconductor equipment manufacturing environments—specifically for granite component assembly.
