Granite is inherently non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, and offers exceptional thermal stability, meaning it won't expand or contract with temperature changes like steel. Furthermore, its natural damping properties are far superior, effectively absorbing vibrations to provide a more stable reference for ultra-precision measurements.
Under normal storage and usage conditions, a ZHHIMG® granite square ruler can maintain its certified accuracy for over 10 years. We recommend an annual recalibration to ensure long-term stability and traceability.
Absolutely. Every product is rigorously inspected before shipment using world-class equipment from German Mahr, Mitutoyo, and Renishaw. We provide official calibration certificates issued by the Jinan or Shandong Provincial Institutes of Metrology, with full traceability to the National Institute of Metrology, China.
