It remains structurally dimensionally stable even during rapid temperature fluctuations, preventing the warping that ruins sensitive metrology readings.
- • Superior Vibration Damping: The unique micro-structure of our granite provides 6-10 times greater vibration damping capacity compared to metal. This is critical for high-speed scanning equipment, optical detection (AOI), and laser processing systems where vibration equals inaccuracy.
- • Sub-Micron Hand-Finishing: While we utilize massive Taiwan South-tech grinding machines (capable of handling lengths up to 6000mm), our true competitive edge is our human expertise. Our master grinders possess over 30 years of experience, utilizing a tactile feedback process to hand-rub surfaces to nano-level flatness. We call them the "walking electronic levels."
- • Seamless System Integration: The pre-machined precision dovetail groove (visible in the image) is designed for flawless integration with linear guide rails and air bearing systems. Pre-drilled mounting holes are accurately positioned to simplify assembly and ensure perfect alignment during installation.
- • Non-Conductive & Anti-Corrosive: As a natural stone, this component is electrically non-conductive and immune to corrosion, making it the ideal material for harsh industrial environments or clean-room semiconductor assembly.

Q1: Is this component made of marble or granite?
A: Absolutely not marble. Many manufacturers use cheap marble to cut costs. We exclusively use ZHHIMG® high-density black granite with a density of ≈3100kg/m³. Marble lacks the physical stability and density required for precision metrology and will not hold tolerances.
A: Our precision business philosophy is that "you cannot be too demanding." With our imported German Mahr (0.5µm) and Renishaw laser interferometers for verification, we routinely achieve flatness and straightness down to the sub-micron and nano-levels, verified against international standards like DIN876, ASME, and JIS.
A: Yes. Our factory has the capability to machine single components weighing up to 100 tons, with lengths reaching 20m and widths up to 4000mm. We process over 20,000 sets of precision machine beds per month.
A: We use robust, vibration-dampening packaging designed specifically for the weight and fragility of precision granite. With our headquarters in Jinan and proximity to Qingdao port, we have extensive experience shipping heavy precision components globally via FCL/LCL sea freight or air freight.
